THE EUROPEAN FESTIVAL OF MUSIC ACADEMIES (EFAM) is a cyclical project lasting from 04-05.11.2023, which will be an important element of horizontal cooperation between artistic universities in Eastern and Western Europe. It is an attempt to solve the problem of poor cultural, artistic and didactic cooperation between European music universities. EFAM is an international musical meeting and presentation of European music universities, which during festival concerts (1 university - 1 concert) present their artistic achievements, proposing the performances of the most talented students, graduates, and their educators.

The main goal of EFAM is to enable young artists to contact other music centers, compare education methods, exchange experiences and broaden their musical knowledge. Mutual understanding and tolerance are only possible if young people have the chance to go outside of their closed academic environment.
